Germanwings flight 4U9525 departed Barcelona, Spain, on 24 March 2015 for a scheduled flight to Dusseldorf, Germany. The aircraft started a constant descent shortly after it had reached its assigned cruise altitude and crashed into the French Alps. The crash might have been intentionally caused by the co-pilot.
